Aptly named after the Scottish plaids that came to serve as regional identities for the people of Scotland, Houndstooth Coffee is an integral pattern in the fabric of the Texas Coffee community. Serving up proudly locally made and nationally sourced brews and pastries, one would be hard pressed to find a better coffee selection in town with roasts like Tweed, Counter Culture and Supersonic being served by some of the most knowledgable baristas I’ve ever encountered. Seating and parking can be a little sparse at times, but don’t let that stop you.
