TULUM.

Coba.

By Juliana Reesby

For a bit of a history lesson, take a trip to Coba and get up close and personal with ancient Mayan ruins.

Coba

Just out of Tulum sits Coba – one of the largest ancient Mayan cities. It’s the perfect spot to indulge in some history and really experience the incredible ruins – you can even ride bikes around the area which is great fun. This is also one of the few places where you can climb up the temple – the views are amazing from the top. A good day break from all the beach-centric activities.
