Boasting arguably the best slow-cooked meat in Bali, this one is a must visit.

This new Argentinian eatery is managed by a kiwi and neighbours the famed Metis and Sardine. Overlooking lush rice fields, the design is warm, cheerful and inviting. This treasured local is a carnivore’s delight with carcasses hung on the spit during the early afternoon, to ensure a slow and succulent cooking process. It’s a tapas style eatery with a carnivorous focus. Supremely satisfying.
