On Flinders Lane you will find Chin Chin, the new baby on the block. It’s one large room is usually packed to the rafters, a place where both suits and hipsters vie for space. Unfortunately we were too full to report on the food, but the kitchen is headed by Andrew Gimber of Sydney’s outsanding Thai bastion, Jimmy Licks. I can, however, personally recommend the fantastic cocktail menu.
