I tend to subconsciously judge the hotels I stay at, solely on their bathroom amenities.  With Bvlgari shower gels and shampoo, the Establishment hotel ranks highly on my list of favourites.  The clandestine converted-warehouse laneway entry creates an illusion that you are some sort of A-list celebrity sans red carpet. It also screams exclusivity without a price tag to match that would make you weak at the knees. A hop, skip and a jump away from Sydney’s best bars and restaurants including my personal favourite Sydney restaurant, Mr. Wong, which is right downstairs.  This swanky boutique hotel is a destination in and of itself.
