West Juliett is halfway between the airport and central Sydney – so perfect for brunch on your way into the city. The gorgeous, sunny little cafe in a neighbourhood setting serves up delicious menu offerings – all made from organic and / or locally sourced ingredients. When we visited we tried the salmon scramble with fennel yoghurt and the mushrooms – both of which were beautifully presented and tasted great. Make sure you also try one of their pink salt chocolate chip cookies – they sell hundreds of these per day and you will understand why after your first bite!
