A 15 minute car ride from the CBD, or a 1 minute walk from Rose Bay Ferry Wharf, the curved balcony hovering over the water of this contemporary and elegantly designed restaurant in Rose Bay is indeed as it was designed, a homage to the stunning Sydney Harbour. Featuring a fresh menu inspired by the classics, must-trys include the Catalina house smoked salmon with soft boiled duck egg, truffle mayonnaise and brioche and the roasted suckling pig with apple purée, braised red cabbage and raisins.
