Neild Avenue is the latest offering from the Icebergs Group – the restaurateurs behind the iconic Icebergs and North Bondi Italian. A far sight from the pubs and old school offerings usual for Paddington, Neil Avenue is housed in an old tyre warehouse, with illustrations by Anthony Lister covering two internal wall frames that can be lowered or raised to break up the space and create rooms within rooms. The Eastern Mediterranean menu is long and varied, and designed to be shared. Befitting a venture from the Icebergs group it’s very popular and also has a no booking policy. Luckily the bar is also great fun.
