Walk through the graffiti-walled alley and enter via the back of The Working Capitol into this fabulous restaurant that can’t be missed. Named after the Ambassador of Hawaiian music, this is yet another tropical-themed restaurant to have opened in Singapore of late. Serving in the modern way of small sharing plates, three plates being a comfortable number for each person, the items are as varied as Roasted Iberico Pork Jowl, pan-roasted Red Snapper and Baklava for dessert. With the entertainment of an open kitchen and plenty of fresh fruity cocktails on tap, you won’t be moving on too quickly.
