Inhabiting New York’s iconic 41-story clock tower originally built in 1909, this opulent new hotel – much like its sister residences in London and Miami, merges the old with the new. Located adjacent to Madison Square Park, much of the building’s existing design has been restored and retained; from original herringbone oak floors and mahogany wainscoting on the walls, to the Venetian plaster ceilings. The pièce de résistance of each room is undeniably the expansive and somewhat endless views of the New York City skyline, with many of the suites boasting 180 degree views of Manhattan, and the 1,400 square foot penthouse apartment, a 360 degree perspective.
