Grain Store.

By Claire Sullivan

London’s King’s Cross is home to a excellent new eatery that blurs the lines between kitchen and dining room.

Following the success of their former forays Bistro Bruno Loubet and the Zetter Townhouse, the amalgamation of restaurateur/chefs Bruno Loubet, Mark Sainsbury and Michael Benyan have combined forces to create the hotly anticipated Grain Store. With no particular single influence, the food at this ‘exploded kitchen’ is presented via an eclectic menu that gives as much attention to vegetables as it does meat and fish. The bar is a destination in its own right, offering wines that have had herbs and spices added to them for flavour in a Greco-Roman fashion and savoury cocktails made to match particular dishes.
