Having recently undergone a AU$60million renovation, the newly minted Park Hyatt is the place to stay if you’re looking for the ultimate in luxury. Located in the historic Rocks area directly under the infamous Sydney Harbour Bridge, and boasting unobstructed views across Circular Quay to the Opera House, you’ll feel like you own the town when you take up short-term residence in one of the uber chic suites. The hotel interior is a highly perfected study in 21st modernism with designer classics punctuating the interior décor in an ever-so-sophisticated manner.

Aside from the breathtaking views and world-class services and amenities, the pièce de résistance has to be the superb rooftop heated pool complete with sun loungers and cabanas that afford a spectacular view of the Sydney skyline, along with the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the hotels famous international guests.
