Chef Guillaume Brahimi is renowned for his 12 year culinary installment in the Sydney Opera House’s Guillaume at Bennelong. Having held its final service on December 31st of last year, Brahimi has since opened Guillaume – a supremely elegant dining space in Paddington serving up serveral of his famed dishes including the basil infused tuna, the mighty Paris mash and the lauded chocolate souffle.
