Each suite of this boutique Silverlake hotel, is based around the life of fictional character George Covell.

It’s this boutique hotel that is based around the life of fictional character George Covell. Each of the five rooms is decorated to reference a certain chapter in his life. The room (pictured), Chapter 4, is 1970’s New York City, when George moved his family back to New York from Paris. He was a successful writer at this time, raising his family in New York. The apartment is filled with items from his early days in The Big Apple along with a collection of classic novels he collected in the 1950s. There’s also a collection of art and furniture accumulated from the flea markets in Paris which he would frequent when visiting his lover there.
