Olsen is a Scandinavian restaurant and vodka bar located in Palermo, one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires. Sit in the garden sipping vodka in the summer or try your luck getting a table inside the huge warehouse space by the central fire in winter to enjoy the popular Olsen brunch on a Sunday. The space itself is incredible with the three story high ceilings and a glass frontage. I love the simplicity and relaxed atmosphere of this place.
