Chan Chan delivers the most delicious and authentic Peruvian food. Must tries are the Papas a la Huancaina and mixed ceviche all washed down with a Pisco Sour or two. Get there early if you don’t fancy waiting in a line on the street. I love the interior of Chan Chan from the multi coloured tiles to the painted ducks and rabbits on the walls, everything feels so authentic but of course, it is the food that keeps me coming back.
