With a name that really sums it all up, Uncommon Objects is a veritable institution in Austin. Founded in ’91 as a modest assemblage of unique collectables, the store has now grown into a curated emporium of bizarre and unique objets d’art. Located on Austin’s South Congress, the store harbours all and sundry from precious jewellery and musical taxidermy, to derelict artwork and furniture that has seen it develop a cult reputation.
