With the owners of renowned Bondi establishments The Corner House and Panama House behind this new bar and eatery, we knew we’d be in for a treat. Featuring a menu dictated by the season’s best produce at the hands of Michelin-trained head chef Paul “Mick” Micklewright, inspired by British Chef Yotam Ottolenghi, this rooftop eatery is well worth a visit to sample their canteen-style menu, washed down with a delectable cocktail or two — ‘Rob’s Your Uncle’ featuring cocoa nib monkey shoulder, sweet wine and bitters is a winter warmer of epic proportions.
