With multiple locations throughout Asia it seems strange heading to a Singaporean restaurant for Cantonese dim sum. Yes, it’s a ‘chain’ but they make damn good food and some of the best dim sum in the city. A great place to visit as a group (to maximise selection of course) this place gets extremely busy. Crystal Jade is also home to one of my all time favourite dishes; the chilli coriander jiaozi dumpling, followed closely by dan dan la mian (hand pulled noodles), double boiled chicken boullion and roast duck. The Nanjing Road branch is less chaotic with a shorter queue for tables.
