Another venture from the formidable Costes brothers, the suspended terrace that overlooks the Champ de Mars, like their other establishments, is where to see and be seen surrounded by opulent style. French architect Joseph Dirand envisioned and shaped the space around a fictional character – Monsieur Bleu. Elegant and cultivated, mysterious and suave, Monsieur Bleu is a true bourgeois gentleman, artist and gastronome that lives simultaneously within and outside the codes of the city, culture, conventions and everyday life. With a bar menu created in collaboration with Alix Lacloche, Monsieur Bleu’s brasserie-chic offerings caters equally well for sociable suppers, business lunches, artist meetings, and lively late-nights.
