Conceived with the notion of providing the otherwise devoid Fashion District’s stylish crowd with somewhere to congregate after a long day on the frontier of fashion. Occupying the 30th floor of an otherwise beige building, the bar’s lofty position affords the well heeled clientele views from Times Square to the Empire State Building and beyond to the twinkling lights of Manhattan and the Hudson river. Designed by the formidable architecture and design duo Will Meyer and Gray Davis of Meyer Davis Studio, the space emits the warmth and charm reminiscent of the mid-century era. The open air terrace cements Skylark as a truly all-seasons destination from which to take in the magic of one of the world’s greatest cities.
