A sophisticated café occupies the first ‘pharmacy’ floor while a more formal, fine dining restaurant serves traditional Russian cuisine with a French twist on the ‘library level’. Renowned as being one of the more notable addresses for the city’s well-heeled, the famous dining house also harbours a summer café on the rooftop terrace.
