Bar Luce is the hybrid of acclaimed film director Wes Anderson design aesthetic applied to a typical Milanese coffee shop. Anderson was asked by Prada to design a stylish café worthy of a movie set and the result is just what you might imagine; what is possibly one of the most beautiful bar cafés we’ve ever had the pleasure of laying eyes on. Integrated within Fondazione Prada’s striking new outpost in the Largo Isarco industrial district of Milan, the pastel-tinted interior boasts a vaulted glass ceiling, speckled floors, and a vintage jukebox reminiscent of a 1950s diner.
