Sushi Samba is top of the list when it comes to Japanese restaurants in London, towering above its competitors – literally. Perched on the 39th floor of the Heron Tower, Sushi Samba owes as much of its popularity to the striking view of London’s skyline as it does to its unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine. Those lucky enough to secure a reservation can sample dishes such as Wagyu beef or Peruvian casserole and choose from contemporary cocktails or traditional sake. This relative newcomer looks set to stay on its 175 metre high pedestal for some time yet.
