This two-storey restaurant and bar and its cool, copper persona is perfect for anyone seeking progressive cocktails AND a chef’s table experience. The ever-evolving degustation comes with the option of a cocktail pairing for each dish. For instance, the sous vide pigeon I tried with smoked eel and cabbage married perfectly with the prescribed cocktail of lingonberry cognac, rye whisky, green tea and champagne. Add that to the fact that this bustling newcomer is already cementing its position as the place to be for the city’s who’s who and anytime is a good time to install oneself for some serious people watching with a side of merrymaking.
