Keep an eye out for Oahu’s famous shrimp trucks if you’re touring round the North Shore of Oahu.

If you’re heading up to the North Shore to check out the famous surf beaches, you’ll definitely spot some of the area’s famous shrimp trucks on the way. The independently owned trucks dish up fresh shrimp in all flavours – hot and spicy, garlic and lemon butter. There are too many to list, but some of the most famous trucks include Giovanni’s, Kahuku Shrimp Truck and Romy’s Kahuku Prawns.
