This celebrated fine dining restaurant in Waikiki features an open-air interior with a great backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head. The menu has a heavy French influence that’s blended with local flavours and ingredients. There’s a strict formal dress code here guys, so make sure you wear a long sleeved shirt and pants. Trust me, no one wants to have to borrow the restaurant’s ‘emergency slacks’.
