This industrial-chic hotel situated in Berlin’s Mitte district is the only address you’ll need when staying in this culturally fuelled city. Creative types worldwide rejoiced when Soho House, a private members’ club, opened their selective doors back in 1995 and expanded to include premises such as this. Housed in a 1928 building that was once home to a department store, the Berlin outpost of Soho House is as chic as its sister properties.

Dine in the bistro, watch a film in the cinema, or park up poolside on the terrace, all under their comforting ethos ‘for people like us’. With 40 bedrooms, most of which include a vintage record player and custom vinyl LPs, and an interior that makes even the most design-conscious of us let out a sigh of relief, it’s the perfect playground for the astute urban traveller.
