Returning after a year-long hiatus, Stockholm’s two-Michelin-star restaurant, Frantzén is providing a multi-level fine dining experience over three floors, in the form of a fascinating collision of Nordic, French and Japanese cuisines. Now located in a renovated 19th-century building and seating 23 guests per night, the experience is fluid and dynamic, as diners are moved from the penthouse terrace, down to the dining room and back up again to complete their culinary journey.
