Pairing the culinary creations of Chef Jason Atherton with the unique ambience and landscape of the Flower Dome, this dining hotspot is well known for its tantalising Mediterranean inspired dishes and romantic atmosphere. For dinner, it will be no easy task to choose from the many stunning offerings on the tasting menu, start with the carpaccio of Hokkaido scallops with frozen apple and wasabi ‘snow’, dill yoghurt and seaweed oil, and for the main, the Jasmine tea cured Norwegian salmon with artichoke barigoule, mandarin, Ikura caviar and soft shell crab is a seafood lovers dream. For the meat-inclined, opt for the taste explosion that is the pigeon with fermented grape gel, spelt risotto and red Sichuan; all perfectly paired with a French Pinot Noir suggested by the Director of Wine.
