Perch atop this open-air space lies a Peruvian feast well worth roaring about.

For a change from Singapore’s famed street food, treat your taste buds to some authentic Peruvian edibles all suitably washed down with a Pisco Sour or two at this rooftop bar. Named after an important ingredient in Peruvian ceviche that translates into tiger’s milk, do not leave without trying the traditional Causa, a mouthwatering potato based appetiser that features sliced avocado, aji Amarillo and chopped eggs as well as layers of shrimp. For fresh flavours that pair perfectly with the many icy cocktails on offer, this ‘tiger’ is well worth chasing down.
