From the team behind Bibo, The Ocean, as it’s name states, is a stunning homage to the vast seas and the bounty within it. Boasting semi-private dining booths that make the most of the floor to ceiling windows and the panoramic ocean vistas, the menu consists of sustainably sourced fare from the ocean prepared by the best in the field – executive chef Agustin Balbi commenced his culinary career at the age of 15. Unsurprisingly, sushi plays an integral role in The Ocean’s menu, but to leave without sampling the slow cooked octopus with carrot gnocchi and chimichurri sauce would be a crime.
